Description (partial)

Symptom:
Our later manufactured C160s have faster CPUs than our original models, but due to a glitch in the bios, their CPU is significantly slower than it should be. This was not spotted during inhouse performance tests, as the problem only shows after doing a bios reset which is part of the manufacturing process.

Conditions:
If you have a C160 with an E5400 CPU and its on the affected bios. The patch should get your bios up to 1.4.6. To check what CPUs and bios your ESA has, run "ipcheck" from the CLI.
