Description (partial)

Symptom:
When reviewing the mail_logs of an Email Security Appliance, log messages such as 

Message xxxxx: scanning error (name='example.test', type=mime/type): no filter available for this file type

can be found in the IronPort Text Mail Logs. The log message is seen in various combinations but always with file name+extension and the matching MIME file type.

A limited set of customers have reported that Content /Message Filters are not working until the appliance has been rebooted

Conditions:
Content/Message Filter scanning affecting files and attachments are in use
