Symptom: Statistics about some time intervals are missing in the exported CSV report for Total Incoming message size which can be exported from: ESA GUI -> Monitor -> System Capacity -> Incoming Mail -> Total Incoming Message Size (Bytes) Statistics lines which contain information about more than 2GB total size are not written to CSV file during export. Conditions: If exporting statistics for time range larger than 2 days ESA exports data to CSV in 1 day interval. In this case statistics about days when total message was larger than 2 GB will not be available in exported file. If time range is less than 2 days, than time interval is 1 hour and if total message size processed per hour is larger than 2GB this data will be missing in exported CSV file.
