Symptom:
When using the Spam Quarantine Web UI, you may encounter an application fault error page and the following application fault is found in the euqgui_logs:

Conditions:
This error occurs when the user has attempted to navigate to a page that does not exist in the Spam Quarantine WUI and then attempted to change the language using the 'Options' menu.
