Symptom: high numbers of "CASE spam timeout" errors seen in the logs may result in a workqueue backup. Conditions: - A high volume of mail on the appliance - A high number of "CASE spam timeout" errors within the same time frame as the the workqueue backup. - Messages with a higher than normal number of "Received" headers.
