Description (partial)

Symptom:
You will not be able to communicate from a particular IP Interface that has been configured on the appliance.  The output of the "netstat" command for the "List of active sockets" will show one or more of the interfaces (IP Addresses) to be missing.

Conditions:
Recent configuration changes to the IP Interfaces (interfaceconfig) that cause the reordering of IP Addresses (modifying the IP Address on the interface).
