Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Email Security appliance does not encrypt messages that have an IPv6-formatted email address (e.g., bob@[ipv6:2001::1]) for the sender or recipient. The appliance bounces the message instead.

Conditions:
This happens only if email addresses with IPv6 Literal address (Eg [ipv6:2001::1]) is used. This is very rare.
