Symptom:
The following application fault occurs with no apparent action or interactivity from the user

An application fault occurred: ('egg/coro_postgres.py _simple_query|765', ""<class 'coro_postgres.QueryError'>"", '_simple_query (ERROR 40P01: deadlock detected)', '[egg/quarantine_hermes.py _vacuum_main|2286] [egg/quarantine.py run_maintenance|258] [egg/quarantine.py _query|1887] [egg/quarantine.py _call_db|1861] [egg/quarantine.py _db_query|1944] [egg/coro_postgres.py query|355] [egg/coro_postgres.py _simple_query|765]')

Conditions:
The application fault does not affect have a functional impact on the appliance services. The application fault occurs when there is a temporary problem with the quarantine system. The quarantine service recovers automatically on its own within a couple of seconds. The application fault is often accompanied by the error message:

Critical: unable to quarantine MID 8904351 - quarantine system unavailable
