Description (partial)

Symptom:
Configuration file cannot be loaded if DLP page contains double byte symbols which length is more than 128.

Conditions:
1. Configure ESA: run System Setup Wizard via CLI/GUI.
2. In GUI navigate to Mail policies -> DLP policy Manager page.
3. Create HIPPA DLP Policy.
4. Navigate to Critical severity settings -> advanced section.
5. Input double byte symbols which length is more than 128 bytes in "Modify Message Subject" field, for example:

6. Submit and commit the changes.
7. Save configuration file.
8. Load just saved configuration file.
