Description (partial)

When the Email Security Appliance (ESA) is actively configured and communicating with the Security Management Appliance (SMA), the Consolidated Policy Quarantines (CPQ) and Spam quarantine on the SMA, ,under the System status page (within the WebUI) shows  as "Never Connected"

This occurs on a random basis for SMAs that were configured to communicate with the ESAs.   When reviewing the quarantines you will data being received by the SMA.   This "Never Connected" stated can be ignored after verification that quarantines are receiving data from the ESA.
