Symptom:
Users are unable to add records to the Destination Controls that would allow the appliance to control message flow via IP Address or Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN / hostname).

Conditions:
Trying to add an IP Address or Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN / hostname) to a Destination Control.
