Symptom: PNC2397 FP off duration is rounded off to the nearest 10 second value eventhough the GUI lets the user save to the nearest 1 second value. ==== Added Info ==== (JSubido Mar 21/2002) e-mail from 'ibilloo'... There is a typo, please correct as follows: 397 Server/FPT: FP off duration is rounded off to the nearest 10 secs Explanation: GUI allows off duration entry as mm:ss. The user can type in 00:74 but the actual IRD-observed interval time is 70 seconds, as off duration is measured in increments of 10 seconds (Reference PowerVu Plus System Specification page 125, item 126.96.36.199). Server side is ok. The subsystem gets this value rounded off, so 74 seconds becomes 70 while 75 is stored as 8 (8 x 10 = 80 seconds) . Solution: GUI FP view should allow interval entry accordingly, effectively preventing the user from entering the units digit. Action: GUI issue. Problem explained to Boris. ==== Ownership transferred from 'ibilloo' to 'bdoshin' === 24/Apr/2002 AWoo === Entry still allowed in 1 second units but display updated to 10 second units by rounding up to nearest 10 seconds when 1) cursor moved off of Off Duration 2) submit button pressed. Demote to medium Conditions: Always.
