Description (partial)

 Call Home messages from the device could not be sent to the Smart Call Home
backend via the Transport Gateway using HTTP.
 In SCH TG 2.3, when configuring the Transport Gateway for HTTP support on
devices that send Call Home messages, the Call Home messages are not sent to
the Smart Call Home backend when the "Send Call Home Messages" checkbox in the
Mailbox Configuration tab is selected and saved. 

This error occurs when there are no values specified in the following mailbox
o Mail Server Hostname or IP Address
o Account name
o Password
