Description (partial)

Exporter traffic will be sent with a UDP source port of "0" instead of the value displayed within the show command "show flow exporter <flow_name>.  A packet trace or packet capture will show that the exported packet is sent with a source port of 0.
The collector will receive the traffic with a source port of 0.

Netflow configured with at least one active exporter. The symptoms are usually seen following upgrade.
