Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When performing the initial upgrade to 9.3(5) on the Nexus 9000 standalone platform, if smart licensing is enable and registered it will become unregistered after the upgrade. The status of the license will return to eval mode and will need to be re-registered with the smart-licensing server. Run the commands 'show version' and 'show license status' post upgrade to verify. Additionally on the on-prem Satellite after re-registration, there will be duplicate registrations. Deletion of the old registration is necessary also. Conditions: Upgrade to 9.3(5) for the first time and have smart-licensing enable and registered.
