Description (partial)

We've installed HCMF version used:- and its returning service provider detail as null for api response (made by serviceability connector in this case). The api being called is https://{HCMF_IP}/sdr/rest/v10_0/entity/HCM_F and we get a response in which we expect a value for the key ownsServiceProvider but its coming as null.As given below

[{"type":"HCM_F","id":"1","isModifiable":true,"isDeletable":false,"cdmUpdateTimestamp":"2020-09-23 06:26:44.000249","syncTimestamp":null,"self":{"href":"/sdr/rest/v10_0/entity/HCM_F/1","rel":"HCM_F"},"name":"HCM-F","description":null,"isAutoLinked":true,"routingId":null,"virtualMachine":null,"credentials":[],"networkAddresses":[],"buildVersion":null,"typeNode":"APP","isPrimary":false,"bkManagementNetwork_id":"1","managementNetwork":{"href":"/sdr/rest/v10_0/entity/ManagementNetwork/1/","rel":"exactlyOne/ManagementNetwork","businessKey":["1"]},"monitorsPrimeCollab":null,"ownsServiceProvider":null}]

This is happening when HCMF has been freshly installed
