Symptom:
We've installed HCMF version used:-12.5.1.12900-4 and its returning service provider detail as null for api response (made by serviceability connector in this case).The api being called is https://{HCMF_IP}/sdr/rest/v10_0/entity/HCM_F and we get a response in which we expect a value for the key ownsServiceProvider but its coming as null.As given below
