Description (partial)

This is an Enhancement request where Customer has requested for the Feature modification of the Save Chat History to Outlook feature where they would need the ability to Save the Chat History more frequently and not wait for the chat window to be closed.

Currently the feature as stated in the document says:
Jabber can automatically save users' chat histories to a folder in their Microsoft Outlook application. When a user closes the chat window, Jabber saves the conversation to the Exchange server.

The feature works as desired but the customer needs a way by which they do not have to wait for the chat window to be closed. The restriction of having to wait for the chat window to close is resulting in not being able to capture chat history for crash scenarios of the environment, etc.

This Enhancement applies to only the Jabber Save Chat History to Outlook feature and applies to all version till 12.9.x
