Description (partial)

- CVP comprehensive flow, Customer calls in and is greeted by IVR 
- Once the Agent is selected  Whisper and Agent greeting feature are executed. 
- After these features are played successfully customer is patched with agent. 
- Intermittently in this call flow after IVR treatment whisper is played successfully however after that Agent greeting fails to play and selected agent is patches with customer , However agent state remains in Reserve status.
