Description (partial)

Symptom:
>Customer upgraded the FXOS from 2.6.1.157 to 2.8.1.125 and upgraded the running FTD code to 6.6.0 from 6.4.0
>After upgrading the FXOS CLI logs in in the prompt:

C03-07-FTD4110-02-FXOS(fxos)#

Only a handful of commands are available:

  clear         Reset functions
  cli           CLI commands
  debug         Debugging functions
  debug-filter  Enable filtering for debugging functions
  ethanalyzer   Configure cisco packet analyzer
  no            Negate a command or set its defaults

  show          Show running system information
  system        System management commands
  terminal      Set terminal line parameters
  test          Test command
  undebug       Disable Debugging functions (See also debug)
  end           Go to exec mode
  exit          Exit from command interpreter
  pop           Pop mode from stack or restore from name
  push          Push current mode to stack or save it under name
  where         Shows the cli context you are in

Conditions:
This issue started happening after upgrading the device to 2.8.1.157
