Description (partial)

Nodes may be reported by the NB API without a TE router ID. This makes it impossible for the client applications to match the reports to existing nodes in the client application database if the TE router ID is changed or removed, as there is no appropriate remote/add notification sent, only an update on the existing node e.g. with a new router ID or a missing one (when it has been removed).

- Nodes without TE router ID
- Removing TE router ID from a node
- Changing TE router ID on existing node
