Symptom:
VPC DI. CF reports extremely high CPU Load averages. May also, but not necessarily, report extremely high CPU-Usage averages.

Conditions:
VPC-DI systems with severely impaired storage operations that manifest as slow hd-raid i/o. CDR/EDR file data is generated on SFs at a rate higher than can be written to the /hdraid file system.
