Description (partial)

Symptom:
The data read from the GPS serial device under GOS is showing random null character injections. 

The corruption always involves a null \x00 character.
This can be inserted anywhere in the $GPGGA line
The frequency of the corruption is between every 1 minute and 30 minutes.

Conditions:
So far we have only seen this on 2LTE models.
Different IOS-bundle versions were tried
The issue shows with and without GPS antenna connected.
