Description (partial)

Symptom:
After a server reboot, CPAR is not started automatically, manual startup is required.

The following output may be seen:
# systemctl status arserver
● arserver.service - SYSV: ar startup script runlevel is 345
   Loaded: loaded (/etc/rc.d/init.d/arserver; bad; vendor preset: disabled)
   Active: inactive (dead)
     Docs: man:systemd-sysv-generator(8)

Also, /var/log/dmesg may contain messages such as:
[    6.535263] systemd-sysv-generator[1065]: stat() failed on /etc/rc.d/init.d/arserver: No such file or directory

Conditions:
Server is rebooted
