Description (partial)

Symptom:
Clients connecting to an SSID configured for iPSK with different PSKs and has P2P blocking set to "allow-private-group".
WLC shows clients have different Tags, yet clients are able to ping each other.

Conditions:
9800 WLC
17.X code
iPSK SSID configured with P2P "allow-private-group".
Clients connect using different PSKs and have a different tag in the WLC client details.
Clients can ping each other.
