Description (partial)

Symptom:
PCA 12.a sp3
ISR 44xx IOS version 16.x

IOS gateways running version 16.x and later fail IPSLA UDP Jitter for VOIP synthetic tests with the following error.

The source device xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is present in IPCOM but not known to Node-to-Node Test module. Restart IPSLAServer and try creating the test again.

Conditions:
Issue identified in the setting for setIOSVersion, as per the code implementation PCA is expecting the version to have the following symbol ?(? , but the ISR 44XX router running IOS 16.x has the version formatted differently which the code is not able to handle and it is throwing the following exception.

java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "6.5"

        at java.lang.Integer.parseInt(Integer.java:491)
