Cisco Bug: CSCvv96050 - CSM 4.21 Hitcount error message #1125 when retrieving hitcount need further addition

Description (partial)

The patch from Cisco team for bug fix related to inherited policies (CSCvt72331) is not fully resolving the problem as the hitcount is still failing intermittently
We have devices with both DeviceAccessRuleUnifiedFirewallPolicy And DeviceAccessRuleFirewallPolicy policy types.

When running the API command we get an error response #1125 ("Unable to retrieve HitCount ").

On CSM server machine browsed to the log file vmssharedsvcs.log under MDC\log\operation and found -

When running the API command we get an error response #1125 ("Unable to retrieve HitCount ").
