The wrap up button is disabled after a transfer

CCE deployment

    - Customer calls Agent1
    - Agent 1 accepts and consult calls Agent2
    - Agent2 accepts
    - Agent1 resumes the call with the customer
    - Agent1 transfers the call to Agent2 (NOTE THAT THIS IS A TRANSFER USING THE CONSULT LEG)
