Symptom:
Standby SUP might crash, because of critical process fault uea_mgr

%PMAN-5-EXITACTION: F1/0: pvp: Process manager is exiting: Critical process uea_mgr fault on fp_1_0 (rc=139)
%PMAN-5-EXITACTION: R1/0: pvp: Process    ager is exiting: STANDBY:reload fru action requested
