Symptom:
Customer using SMA is unable to get information for the SBRS scores of email senders.

sender information can be found under:
Email > Reporting > Incoming Mail > Incoming Mail Details > under Sender Domain click on a sender

Conditions:
Customer wants to monitor the SBRS of senders from SMA
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
