Description (partial)

On a 2960x switch stack using aaa for client authentication/authorization (dot1x + mab), with dynamic VLAN assignment pushed from ISE as part of the auth process, when several clients attached to the stack come online at the same time (+25 clients), a member of the stack may experience an unexpected reload, even if the clients in question are not directly attached to this member.

- Issue observed on releases 15.2(7)E2, 15.2(7)E3.
- Issue observed only on stack deployments.
- Client's interfaces are configured for dot1x/mab auth.
- Dynamic VLAN assignment is used during the client auth process.
- Many clients come simultaneously online (+25 clients), meaning that all those ports come up on the switch stack around the same time.
