Description (partial)

Symptom:
A supervisor is in 'removed' state, as shown by the show module command:
<pre>
  6    0      Supervisor Module-4                 DS-X97-SF4-K9      removed
</pre>
after the following syslog messages occurred while the supervisor was in the standby role:
<pre>
%PLATFORM-2-SINGLE_EJECTOR_STAT_CHANGED: Ejector's status in slot 6 has changed, Ejector is OPEN
%PLATFORM-2-MOD_REMOVE: Module 6 removed (Serial number JAE222406G2)
</pre>
However, the user can confirm that the ejector button was not actually pressed (the syslog messages are thus spurious).

Conditions:
This issue applies to MDS Director class supervisor modules.
