Symptom:
dns start may shows DNS: Unable to connect to DNS.

Conditions:
Set or unset an attribute and perform dns stop and dns start via nrcmd
For exampnrcmd> dns set round-robin=disabled
100 Ok
round-robin=disabled

nrcmd> dns stop
100 Ok

nrcmd> dns start
101 Ok, with warnings
DNS: Unable to connect to DNS.

nrcmd> sessio nget error
306 Unknown command - sessio nget error
nrcmd> session get error
101 Ok, with warnings
