Description (partial)

Symptom:
- This is a fraud case with subscribers injecting waze url in a tcp packet to create a VPN tunnel towards an IP server.
- The injected TCP packet matches waze ruledef which is created with P2P protocols and is not billed by the customer.

    p2p protocol = waze
- The subscriber then continues to browse for free using the created vpn tunnel.
