Description (partial)

Symptom:
CFM UP MEP flapping with traffic congestion -fix TC setting for CFM untagged scenario

Conditions:
When I send  line rate traffic from 9010 towards turin via the J2 such that congestion is created on the link between J2 and Turin ( It is a bundle with 2 25G interfaces) , UP MEP sessions between J2 and Turin starts to continuously flap .
No flaps are seen with Turin to J2 direction traffic. I suspect the CFM packets are not taking the TC7 on egress and getting dropped in TC0 congestion.  I had previously checked as part of earlier testing that the outer cos ( if tagged interface) and mpls exp were set to 6 for UP MEP . Both hw offload and sw-offloaded sessions, on main and phy interfaces are flapping
