Description (partial)

Symptom:
AP stops serving clients.
We observe that no packets are being transmitted from the radio.
Tx Error stat keeps increasing.
TX packets:422367 errors:6610914 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
TX packets:422367 errors:6611684 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
TX packets:422367 errors:6611798 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
TX packets:422367 errors:6611877 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0

At this time the AP does not stop beaconing. Beacons are the only packets which are transmitted from the Radio.

Running a client trace on AP will show only upstream dot11 auth packets
