In the supervisor Team Performance Gadget, agents in a team can be sorted by a name, state, time in state, or extension. These can be sorted by ascending or descending.

After selecting the actions dropdown for an agent and then deselecting it, the sort will be lost and the agents will go back to the default sorting. This may refresh and show the selected sort again, but selecting the actions dropdown for further agents will result in the issue continuing to happen.
