Description (partial)

Symptom:
In unstable large scale setup may be ISIS Remote LFA repair paths frequently deleted from RIB and tunnels used to provide backup path may be also deleted and recreated.
This activity causes high CPU load.

Conditions:
ISIS remote LFA or TILFA configured.
Prefixes are often flapping in the network, which interrupts FRR computation.
