Cisco Bug: CSCvv93379 - 'Send Test Mail' Timeout is too low, if Primary DNS doesn't respond test email not sent.

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Receive popup stating "Timeout was reached, Couldn't connect to server." when clicking the Send Test Email link in CIMC web GUI.

Conditions:
On Mail Alert Tab configure SMTP server address with FQDN of mail server or relay.
On Admin > Networking tab, configure Primary and Secondary DNS servers.
If Primary DNS server is unreachable, the Send Test Email link times out before getting the DNS query response back from the Secondary DNS server.
