Description (partial)

ARP entries for SVI uses "ip unnumbered loopback" instead of static IP address, and assigned in non-Default VRF, are getting learned randomly in Default VRF.

also, Static routes installed by DHCP gateway, appear under "show ip route dhcp" instead of "show ip route vrf VRF_Name dhcp"

[+] use "ip unnumbered loopback" under SVI in non-Default VRF.

[+] running IOS version in 17.x train (the issue doesn't appear in 16.12.x train)
