Description (partial)

Symptom:
Run ping from wireless client to wired client in the same vlan/wlan, ping drops seen.
Run ping from wireless client to another wireless client in the same vlan/wlan, ping drops seen.
Both wired clients in the same vlan as wlan (900) no ping drops.
Run ping from one client to another in different vlans, no ping drops irrespective of wired or wireless client.

On the wired client  we can see it ARPs for the wireless client but there is no response.
On wireless client we can the ARP request from the wired client and the wireless client responds to it.
The ARP response can be seen on the AP debugs as well. But on the WLC capture we don't see this ARP response

Conditions:
SSID configured for split tunneling
Can be seen with any AP model.
