Description (partial)

Symptom:
In CUCM 12.5, if we create custom SyslogStringMatchFound for EndPointUnregistered, it does not generate the alarm.

The same thing works if we try it for 11.5

Ref : At Wed Sep 16 19:46:16 IST 2020 on node 10.106.112.126, the following
SyslogStringMatchFound events generated:

Conditions:
