Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco DNA Center's provisioning status may throw a generic, unactionable error message, "Unable to push the CLI to device" when a planned configuration command conflicts with some other configuration on the device.  A more actionable message should properly show which command is causing the conflict and failure.

Conditions:
This was observed in Cisco DNA Center 1.3.3.7.
