Cisco Bug: CSCvv91551 - Phones supporting call park monitor will not return call to CUAC if call park reversion timer expire

Last Modified

Sep 30, 2020

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

Known Affected Releases

11.5(1.21000.41) 12.5(1.13900.153)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a call is parked various timers can be set depending on the user configuration. Different phones behave differently as well so that complicates the issue.

The phones that support park monitoring, and with park monitoring, once the reversion timer fires the call will be sent only to the phone that has parked the call and not to the hunt pilot number.

If the call is required to go back to the hunt pilot number, make sure the park feature is invoked with a phone that does not support park monitoring.

This should be documented clearly under:

Conditions:
