Description (partial)

Symptom:
The customer did a ping test from PC1 to PC2.

                            ASA(primary)
PC1---3850-1=====              ======3850-2---PC2
                           ASA(secondary)

On PC1, set the gateway as tpye2 interface’s IP(172.24.A.x) of ASA-primary.
On PC2, set the gateway as type1 interface’s IP(172.24.B.x) of ASA-primary.

Ping works well when ASA(primary) device acted as an active role.
However, more than 3% packet loss occurred when ASA5508(secondary) device acted as an active role.
