Description (partial)

Symptom:
This is a feature request for User Roles to allow for admins in charge of specific mail policies to have the ability to add or remove emails from that specific policy without their User Roles needing to be "Full Access (of all policies and content filters). As of right now, the User Role is only limited to viewing the email addresses already included in the specific policy.

Conditions:
Running an ESA with default settings
- Having a user that has restricted admin access to only a specific mail policy
