Description (partial)

Symptom:
On the C9120 AP, if the global BSS color config is enabled on the current dual-band radio’s band, then the dual-band radio changes bands, and the global BSS color config is disabled on the new band, the BSS Color Disabled field in the dual-band radio's beacon and probe responses incorrectly remains false. The association response contains the correct BSS Color Disabled value.

Conditions:
Case 1: BSS color enabled on 2.4 GHz band, disabled on 5 GHz band
-when dual-band radio switches from 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz, BSS color in beacons/probe responses remains enabled

Case 2: BSS color disabled on 2.4 GHz band, enabled on 5 GHz band
-when dual-band radio switches from 5 GHz to 2.4 GHz, BSS color in beacons/probe responses remains enabled
