Symptom: This problem shows up as the data being displayed in the GUI "Web Interaction Tracking" page being blank. The problem here is that if you use a SMA for centralized reporting, there is nothing on the SMA GUI page to show this type of problem, and you have to check every ESA individually. Conditions: Our process, cloud_connector, that fetches users click tracking activity, may fail to read its config settings at bootup time, and mark the process as disabled.
