Description (partial)

Issue 1: With TCP transport (default)
OPTIONS ping fails intermittently while receiving the 200 OK response falling into timeout and the server marked as unreachable. The packet capture shows that the Nuance responded on time but the application is not able to get the response on time through TCP.

Issue2: With UDP transport (non default)
Updated the file to enable UDP as options transport. This resulted in complete failure of options ping as the Nuance response sent to the ephemeral Port used by the VVB while sending options instead of 5060 mentioned in the ?Via? header.
