Description (partial)

Symptom:
After multiple simultaneous changes in the network  (link up/down flaps),
ISIS route in the globa routing table (RIB) has nexthop 0.0.0.0 and Unknown outgoing interface.

Example:

i L2 10.135.51.248/30 [115/1150] via 0.0.0.0, 00:13:57, Unknown
                      [115/1150] via 10.134.2.245, 00:13:57, Bundle-Ether5043 (!)
                      [115/1150] via 10.135.30.5, 00:13:57, Bundle-Ether11115

Conditions:
Problem may happen only for prefixes originated by multiple ISIS nodes, when microloop avoidance segment-routing is configured.
