Description (partial)

After multiple simultaneous changes in the network  (link up/down flaps),
ISIS route in the globa routing table (RIB) has nexthop and Unknown outgoing interface.

Problem may happen only for prefixes originated by multiple ISIS nodes, when microloop avoidance segment-routing is configured.
