Maximum Precision Queues per system for a 2000 and 4000 Agent reference design model has a confusing formula stating "The smaller of: 4000 Or 27,000 divided by the number of agent peripherals", while the design guide also goes on to say that the maximum number of Agent peripherals is limited to 4 under these deployments.
